Fit & Fabulous U Training

I am 23 years old and joined Fit & Fabulous U to lose weight, get in shape and feel better about myself.

About 2 years ago I had a little boy and ever since then I have felt like I have not been able to do anything with the weight. I have always wanted to join a workout that was all woman of all sizes and have fun with it.

Then I was introduced to Beth. I joined Fit & Fabulous U in January and haven't stopped since, I look forward to every class. The classes always have something new and exciting to offer where you learn things you didn't think you could ever do. Throughout every class Beth is very supportive and does each and every workout right there with you, helping out wherever help is needed showing you that you can do it and still have fun.

The classes have taught me NO PAIN NO GAIN, from this I have gained the excitement of losing 14 lbs in 2 months.

Thanks to the Fit & Fabulous U classes I love working out and losing noticeable weight in every area of my body and getting to wear sizes of clothes I have not had the option of wearing for a while. I would recommend these classes to anyone of any age.

Just get out there and do it!!

I had my fourth child 2 years ago in February. My weight was the highest it has ever been and since there was 13 years between my oldest and my youngest child, the weight was not coming off as it did in the past.

Every "diet" I tried failed miserably. Then I began Beth's Fit U class. It was at that point that my life changed for the better.

I admit it was hard to get motivated to go at first then I started seeing results and that was the motivation I needed. She makes the classes fun yet effective. She provides healthy tips and teaches you how to control what and when you eat. She is so encouraging!

I feel like a million bucks after each class with so much energy! I owe so much to Beth. If I hadn't started this class, I would still be in the same slump I was 2 years ago!

Fit & Fabulous Handbook and Blog

I've been reading all your blogs and actually printed out some of the info on there and can I just say thank you. Man I needed that.

I've been putting it off but today is the day that I'm going to the gym and signing up and I'm not just signing up..lol My husband and I are joining together. Thanks for the support without even knowing it!!

Working out used to be my life while I was in the army but after I had my second child I kinda forgot about me. Then I got pregnant with our 3rd one and I don't even know who I am anymore..She will be two in April so I figured its not too late!

Thanks again for the blogs. I might be 1,200 miles away but just know that your working in Texas too!!!!

I wanted to tell you, a week or so again I printed off your MySpace blog on Fit U Handbook, helpful hints and inspiration.  Let me just tell you, WOW!!!

I thought to myself, "I will read it sometime".  Well, I read it today during lunch thinking I would read it and toss it (hoping what I read would stick with me).  I by all means have no plans on "tossing it". The information is amazing and has made me stop and realize a lot of things.

I have said before you're such an inspiration but, this really shows how much of one you are.  I am going to share the information with Jason this evening over dinner.  Everything is so true but it's things you don't think of.

So once again, you've shown what a great person you are.

Thank you so much for helping people like me!  Although I am struggling with diet issues, with you on my side, I CAN DO IT!!!
