Diva's for the community -- Doing our part to make a Difference!
Diva's for the community is the mind and soul nurturing part of the Fit & Fab U.
Every month members of the U are highly encouraged to participate in a group community service project. We work together to bring awareness to women and children in need, and support causes such as breast cancer awareness, local women's shelters, children's hospital, and others.
Beth's Fit and Fabulous U program recognizes that true fitness relies on the mind, the body and the soul.
